CavCom specialists will visit the plant site to demonstrate the proper component application and fitting as well as radio protocol for each shift worker. A “fit test” is performed for each ear set to ensure that the correct size of disposable or reusable ear tip is employed for the universal ear set, or, that the desired fit of the custom ear set is acceptable. This optional service provides for an immediate and smooth transition from prior communication methods and any employee issues can be resolved from the implementation start up.

CavCom will assist customers to identify vendors in their specific locale to take ear impressions for custom-fitted CavCom ear sets or Custom-fitted hearing protectors.
