OPTIONS
CavCom custom products are designed and manufactured for optimum comfort and for the desired level of hearing protection needed in either solid or filtered protectors.
MATERIALS
Ear set material is smooth, high gloss acrylic which will not shrink, tear, split or crack. The material is identical to the products manufactured by major hearing aid companies producing millions of devices annually. Acrylic products are easy to insert and remove avoiding ear soreness often experienced with soft products.
CORD HANDLES
All protectors are constructed with a continuous removal handle featuring an aperture to secure a retention cord. A soft fabric corded material is utilized to eliminate noise transferred to the ear set from rubbing on clothing. Cords are replaceable.
INSURANCE
It is not necessary to purchase an insurance plan on CavCom products because they will not shrink, split or crack. In the event of loss the protector can be reproduced quickly with our digital process at a cost far below complicated insurance plans.
